Blue Rose Bistro and Ballroom is an exciting new restaurant and music venue poised to grow. Our food is based on the principles of being deliberate, technical, seasonal, and community-based. This role is for someone committed to teamwork, excellence, and making sure everything we put out reflects who we are.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Organizing production so the day runs smoothly (and sanely)
• Managing inventory + prep so we’re not constantly scrambling
• Leading and supporting a team that needs clarity, consistency, and follow-through
• Upholding quality
• Working closely with leadership to keep things moving forward, not just holding them together

You should be someone who:

• Is organized, consistent, and communicative
• Is comfortable with systems
• Can make decisions without waiting to be told what to do
• Is committed to quality – if it’s not right, it doesn’t go out
• Is creative but knows that execution matters more than “big ideas”
